Skye Properties is a boutique industrial development company. Based in Auckland the two directors, Hagen Gibbes and Simon Laird each have more than 25 years’ experience in the development of large scale industrial and commercial properties.

Hagen comes from a construction background having trained as a Quantity Surveyor and worked with several of New Zealand’s largest construction companies. Simon has a background in Logistics and Supply chain, having worked globally for companies such as FedEx and DHL, designing and building their logistics facilities and related automation.

Together Hagen and Simon are developing greenfield sites and facilities throughout NZ, focussed on road and rail transportation and the related logistics facilities that support these transport options.
